Our ski-in, ski-out vacation home is a spacious corner unit on the third floor (top floor) of the Snowflower Condo complex with elevator access, and sits adjacent to the base of Park City Mountain Resort. With direct ski lift access, this slope side condo is also within easy walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and coffee shop, and has close access to free public transportation anywhere in the Park City area, including Deer Valley, Canyons Resort and Historic Main Street. The condo includes underground, heated parking. Perfect unit for families who like the outdoors in all seasons. Skiiing, hiking or just to attend the Sundance International Film Festival. New kitchen and bathrooms with high end appliances and fixtures. 42 inch flat screen TV in living room with pay per view movies and DVD library, TV, VCR, DVD. (Three TV’s total in the condo).

Owners are very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Free parking and very convenient to the elevator and ski locker room. Location to the lifts was great! A longer walk to the public buses though. We would recommend having a vehicle if you need to get out. Condo was clean and very comfortable for 8 (4 adults and 4 teenagers). Teenagers stayed in loft upstairs and had plenty of room. Just know that you will need to plan on having 2 bathrooms (and one of the bathrooms is in the master bedroom). The downstairs bedroom guests and the loft guests will all share one bathroom. It was very doable for us though. Just good to plan for 🙂 The view out the back deck doors is great! Super fun to sit by the fireplace and watch the skiers come down and they recently completed a big jump that was a lot of fun for our teenagers to watch out the window. Overall a great experience and we are really thankful to have found this place!

The property was exactly as explained in the listing. Easy ski in and out. Ski locker room made it easy. The home had all the appliances and utensils you would need to cook up any dish. The beds were comfortable. Easy to get rid of the trash. Short walk to town and grocery stores.

Our family of 5 (with 3 teenage/young adult boys) stayed here over the holidays. Lift access was just a 2 minute walk away. We had our groceries delivered (instacart) and our skis delivered (Ski Butler) to our door without any problems. We used the hot tub everyday after skiing. It is large enough to accommodate several families. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. You can see the Eagle lift and mountains from the balcony/den which is really nice. Overall, I don't think we could have picked a better condo location and the Owner, David, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

This condo was really nice and had been updated. There was everything you needed in the kitchen - cookware, utensils, soap, salt/pepper coffee filters, etc. as well as the bathrooms - soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The condo was clean and very well maintained.

The location was great. The view from the balcony was really nice and it was close to the slopes. You could walk to a small market and several bars and restaurants. The bus stop was nearby so you could get to Deer Valley or into town for free and very easily.

The check-in was easy, the owners very accommodating with answering questions and overall it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent condo, close to the Eagle lift. Nice beds, great kitchen, large outdoor hot tub pool in the courtyard of the condos.

The owners seem to care about the service they provide. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything worked as advertised. The heated pool was a very nice feature after a long day of skiing. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Some directions in the unit as to where to best pick up the buses would be helpful.

Meet your hosts

We feel very fortunate to own this condo in Park City. My wife and I began to come here many years ago, before our first child was born.  We now have two sons, the oldest is 17 and the youngest 9.   We think of our condo as our second home and we take meticulous care of it.  It is a fully upgraded modernized condo within the Snowflower complex which consists of 4 buildings.  Our unit is in building number 4 on the top floor. It is a corner unit facing the mountain.  We love being in Park City, both during the winter and the summer months.  We rarely rent during the summer because we love it there so much but we will on occasion so feel free to reach out. During the winter we try to go at least a few times but our place books up fast so let us know your dates and we’ll let you know if it’s available.  You can also check the calendar on our site or on VRBO.

Because our family has allergies we only use organic scent free soap for both the dishwasher and the washing machine.  We don’t allow pets in our condo (although we love animals, we just need to be careful as our guests are also sometimes allergic as well.) We also have a very strict no smoking policy.  No smoking in the condo, and no smoking on the balcony.  For more info about our condo please visit our listing on VRBO.  You are also welcomed to book on VRBO but if you book through us directly you’ll save a little because we won’t charge you the additional fees VRBO does.  Simply fill out the contact form below and let us know the dates you’re interested in.  Before we confirm any booking we like to have a brief call with our potential guests just to be sure we are able to offer you a wonderful experience while staying at our condo.


What time is check-in/ Check-out?

3 PM check in and 10 AM Check out.

How do we check-in

After your booking is complete we will send you a detailed email with the address and a code we set for you to use to access the unit.  Please do not go to the Snowflower Management office as we manage our rental independently and do not work with the management office. Thank you.

Where can we rent Skis?

Here are some of our favorite places to rent from.  They are all good, so I would call and just see which place has the best price for when you want to arrive.  Please note that we like to rent off the mountain so at the end of the trip we can simply ski back to the condo, change and then drive our skis to the rental company.

So many good ones. Here’s just a few:

River Horse (Fancy by PC standards)

Silver Star Cafe (Possibly our favorite. If you’re there when we are – you might see our older son sing some jazz or some old favotires there because one of the bands that perform invite him up for to join them for a song or two.)

What does walking distance mean?

Good question. What might be walking distance in the summer may be more difficult in the winter.  Please watch our videos as I take the camera with me from our condo to different areas on the mountain and you can what it is like. I also suggest you google map the locations. 

Is the washer and dryer IN the condo?

No. Three washers and three dryers are in a locked room on the second floor right outside the elevator. The rooms are kept very very clean. It is not like going to a public laundry mat where things are not always taken care of.

Is cleaning service available daily?

Yes it is for an additonal cost. Just let us know if you need it.

Is your condo REALLY Ski-In, Ski-Out.

Please watch the video so you can see exactly what it is. But essentially you take the elevator down to the garage floor. Then you walk to the locker which is right there at the front of the building and you get your skis. Then you walk a short path no more than 2 min to the base of the mountain.
